Hypnobabies Virtual

Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis is a complete childbirth education program that teaches mothers how to use deep hypnosis to stay calm, comfortable, and in control during birth. The class also actively involves partners, who learn supportive techniques to help maintain relaxation and confidence throughout pregnancy and birth. Classes are held virtually in a 6-week series, with each session lasting about 3 hours.
