My name is Natali Reyes, and I live in Stamford, CT with my husband and daughter. For over ten years, I worked in the corporate world, often feeling stuck and sensing that I wasn’t fulfilling my true purpose. Deep down, I yearned for a more meaningful path. After Hypnobabies transformed my own pregnancy and birth experience, I saw that path begin to unfold.

I achieved an exceptional mind-body connection through Hypnobabies that I had never previously attained, even in my twelve years of practicing yoga. When I welcomed my daughter at Stamford Hospital with a remarkable sense of calm and empowerment, the doctor turned to my husband and said,

“All births should be like this.”

The ease of my experience lit a fire under me to support other parents on their own journeys. Today, I am a certified Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing Instructor (HCHI), honored to share this life-changing program with families in our community. I teach Hypnobabies® Hypnobirthing Classes, a 6-week, complete childbirth education program that uses medical-grade hypnosis techniques to positively retrain the inner mind and create a more comfortable, empowering birth experience. Hypnobabies® students often face fewer complications/interventions, shorter birthing times, and more energy during their births, as well as an easier postpartum recovery.

My approach is grounded in respect, evidence-based information, and the belief that every birthing person deserves to feel safe, supported, and confident throughout their pregnancy and birth.

In addition to my Hypnobabies® certification, I bring twelve years of yoga and mindfulness practice into my work, offering a calming, holistic perspective to childbirth education. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me enjoying time outdoors with my daughter, husband, and dog, exploring local coffee shops, or deepening my own yoga practice.
